Benedikt Sons is the co-founder, CEO, and managing director of the Cansativa Group – the market leader in the German medical cannabis market. Benedikt studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the University of California San Diego (UCSD). Prof. Dr. med. Kirsten R Müller-Vahl is a specialist in neurology and psychiatry and a senior physician at the Clinic for Psychiatry, Social Psychiatry, and Psychotherapy at the Hannover Medical School (MHH). She is the Chairwoman of the "Association for Cannabis as Medicine" and the "International Association for Cannabis as Medicine" (IACM), as well as a member of the Expert Committee on Narcotic Drugs of the Federal Opium Agency at the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM). She serves as an editor or member of the editorial board for the journals "Cannabis and Cannabinoid Research" and "Medical Cannabis and Cannabinoids."

Finn Age Hänsel

Finn Age Hänsel is the founder and CEO of Sanity Group. Previously, he was CEO of Movinga and a consultant at Boston Consulting Group. In Australia, he helped build THE ICONIC and Hello Fresh for Rocket Internet and later led ProSiebenSat.1's incubator, EPIC Companies. In 2015, the Flensburg native co-founded the craft beer brewery Berliner Berg. Hänsel serves on the board of the German Startup Association, is a mentor at Techstars, and has been a member of the Advisory Board for Young Digital Economy at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs since 2020. He has been advocating for cannabis legalization within the CDU since 2002.
